  • A security deposit may be required per unit. The deposit is returned when the unit is returned in good condition.
  • Payment terms are agreed with our team during booking confirmation.

3. Renter Responsibilities

  • Provide a valid ID and any required licence for the rented unit.
  • Use the unit responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Return the unit on time and in the same condition as received.
  • Report any damage, accident, or issue to our team immediately.

4. Delivery & Pick-up

Delivery is available to the areas listed in the booking form. Some areas are free of charge; others include a delivery fee shown during booking.

5. Cancellations & Extensions

Please contact our team as early as possible to cancel, modify, or extend a booking. Extension requests depend on unit availability and may affect pricing.

6. Liability

Renters are responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the unit during the rental period. Info Penida Boat is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
